Steve Ball has focused exclusively on title work since 1979. He began his career with First American Title Insurance Company while in law school, where he advanced from searching titles to Subdivision Manager, a position he held for more than 20 years.
In 2004, he became Senior Vice President of National Homebuilder Services, working with clients in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Nevada. He then did commercial and subdivision work for Fidelity National Title before opening his own practice, Steven F. Ball Consulting, LLC, in 2011.
From his law offices in Laguna Hills, Steve represents builders, developers and lawyers throughout Southern California and states west of the Mississippi in title review and cleanup, due diligence work and analysis of title insurance reports, ALTA surveys and plotted easements. Steve also provides expert witness services for title cases.
Steve is a sixth generation Orange County native; his great grandfather was the founding member of the Orange County Medical Association. His wife is also a Trojan and the two have been dedicated USC football season ticket holders for over 30 years. Both are avid photographers who enjoy travel and exploring the world.
